Rates

  • I offer a free 15 minute consultation to determine whether I would be a good fit for your needs.

  • The Intake session is a 75 minute session. During this initial meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your expectations, and ask any questions you may have. I will carefully listen and assess your needs, helping to identify the most effective approach and treatment plan tailored to your unique circumstances. The intake session is an essential opportunity for both you and your therapist to ensure the best path forward, with your well-being at the forefront.

    75 minute session rate: $275

  • Whether you're working through specific challenges, seeking personal insight, or maintaining your mental well-being, these sessions provide consistent support and guidance. We will collaboratively set and work towards your goals, building resilience and understanding as you progress on your journey.

    50-minute session rate: $225

    30-minute session rate: $130

Insurance

Our psychotherapy services are provided on a "fee-for-service" basis, meaning that we do not accept insurance. We are considered out-of-network for every health insurance provider.

We can provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network benefits. The amount that you are reimbursed is dependent on your insurance policy.

While many individuals may be accustomed to insurance-covered therapy, opting for fee-for-service offers several distinct advantages. It allows for greater flexibility in terms of therapist choice, the type of therapy received, and session duration. Additionally, it ensures complete confidentiality, as insurance plans typically involve some level of information sharing.

Telehealth

Telehealth therapy services provide the convenience and flexibility to access professional mental health support from the comfort of your own environment. Through secure and confidential video sessions, Psyflex offers the same evidence-based, compassionate care as in-person therapy.
